A personal approach to community reintegration
The Broad Street Love Concierge Program helps guests to navigate complex and often confusing systems to find the stabilizing services they need. Through Radical Hospitality, our concierges meet with guests and take the time to understand their complex challenges. They empower individuals to identify their personal goals to connect them with the appropriate resources and support they need to move toward their own version of stability.
Connecting Guests to the Right resources
Each Concierge has an area of focus, including medical and behavioral health, housing, community integrations (formerly “re-entry”) and outreach. They help guests find work, create a mailing address, obtain health care, apply for benefits, navigate and advocate for shelter and housing, and so much more.

Guest Relations & Community Safety
Guest Relations & Community Safety is Broad Street Love’s extension of Radical Hospitality that focuses on the experience of safety and belonging for everyone who walks through our doors. Our Guest Relations & Community Safety specialists are intentional about building rapport with guests, volunteers, and stakeholders. They celebrate with our guests as they make strides in their lives and support guests who might need extra emotional or behavioral care while visiting our space.
Our Guest Relations & Community Safety team are often the first people guests meet when they come in, as they have a welcoming presence in every guest-facing space during open hours; they are a beacon of safety and support for anyone who may experience a moment of distress.
